Dr Halilovic –Pastuovic gave a presentation on GATED project and the SymPo12 conference in Cambridge titled ‘International Conference on (Im)politeness’.

Preliminary results of first phase of GATED project show that Bosnia has fallen into ethnocracy trap with regard to education. Bosnian students are aware of this and have been protesting against segregated education.
59th Annual Convention of International Studies Association (ISA) was held in San Francisco, California on April 4-7 2018. The Convention was titled ‘Power or Rules and Rule of Power’.
A third meeting of the Stabilization and Association Committee between the European Union and Bosnia and Herzegovina was held on 27th March in Brussels. The EU and BiH Delegations discussed the political and economic situation in BiH.
On 27th February 2018, a new action on education in Bosnia and Herzegovina 'Quality Education in multi-ethnic societies', co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe, launched in Sarajevo.
